Tour Of Croatia And Montenegro

Day 1: SPLIT AIRPORT - TROGIR (CROATIA)

Upon arrival at the Split airport meet our representative Natasha. Depart for sightseeing of Trogir, also called “city-museum”. Depart for hotel, and accommodation. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: TROGIR – ŠIBENIK – NATIONAL PARK KRKA – KNIN - TROGIR (CROATIA)

After breakfast depart to Šibenik. Sightseeing tour of St. Jacob’s cathedral enlisted to UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Free time for coffee or a walk on the promenade. Depart to NP Krka. Lunch at Lozovac entrance in hotel-restaurant Vrata Krke. Visit the park, (some of the waterfalls and Ethno-village). Depart to Knin, and visit the famous Knin fortress. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: TROGIR – SPLIT – SALONA - TROGIR (CROATIA)

After breakfast depart to Split city center – sightseeing of Diocletian’s Palace, Cathedral, Peristyle, and Promenade – Riva. Lunch at the promenade restaurant Adriana. Depart to the ancient Roman town Salona, sightseeing the ruins of the town and a panoramic drive to the amphitheater. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: TROGIR – ZADAR - TROGIR (CROATIA)

After breakfast departure for Zadar. Upon arrival sightseeing of the peninsula – the old city of Zadar. Lunch in a local restaurant Jadera. Free time for shopping or leisure till departure for Trogir. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: TROGIR – TRILJ – IMOTSKI - TROGIR (CROATIA)

After breakfast depart to the Dalmatian hinterland for culinary experiences. First, we will visit a family agricultural estate, where we will have honey degustation, after that, we will take a walk along the banks of the Cetina River and have lunch at Hotel-restaurant SV. Mihovil where we will eat a Dalmatian traditional meal – pašticada.

Depart to Imotski, and visit the old stone city center, Red and Blue Lake. After a short drive through the fields and hills of Imotski, we will have a wine degustation and dinner at an agricultural estate, where we will be entertained by a local folklore group. Return to hotel for overnight.

Day 6: TROGIR – SPLIT/TROGIR BEACH DAY – TROGIR (CROATIA)

After breakfast depart from Trogir for leisure and personal activities. Return to the hotel for lunch. The afternoon is booked for beach/pool/wellness or sports activities in front of the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7: TROGIR – METKOVIĆ – VID – TRSTENO – CAVTAT (CROATIA)

After breakfast depart to Metković. Photo safari through the Neretva delta, through hundreds of channels where the ancient Greeks, the Illyrians, and the Romans used to sail, and where the pirates of Neretva began their attacks on enemy ships. Lunch at the Neretva house.

After lunch visit the archeological museum Narona in Vid. Drive along the coast till we arrive at Trsteno where we will visit the renowned Arboretum of the Croatian Academy of Science and Arts, which was established on the summer estate of the Dubrovnik aristocratic family Gucetic-Gozze, famous for its rich and ancient collection of cultivated and exotic tree species and various plants spread throughout a renaissance park dating to the 15th century. After sightseeing departs to Cavtat. Accommodation at the hotel, dinner, and overnight.

Day 8: CAVTAT – NJEGUŠI – CETINJE – BUDVA (MONTENEGRO)

After breakfast departure for Montenegro. Visit Njeguši, where we will have a degustation of famous Njeguski cheese and smoked ham (restaurant Njeguška Sijela). Depart to Cetinje and visit the National Museum of Montenegrin History. Depart to Budva for accommodation. Dinner at a local restaurant Donna. Overnight.

Day 9: BUDVA – SKADARSKO LAKE NATIONAL PARK - BUDVA (MONTENEGRO)

After breakfast depart for Skradarsko Lake National Park. Upon arrival boat ride over the lake with a snack. The boat ride takes about 2:00 hours. After that, we will have lunch in a local restaurant Virpazar. After lunch return to Budva. Dinner at a local restaurant – Olympic Loza with a folklore group that will entertain you the whole night long. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: BUDVA - KOTOR - CAVTAT (MONTENEGRO, CROATIA)

After breakfast depart for Croatia, with a stopover at Kotor for sightseeing the most important monuments, the exterior of palaces and squares, and lunch at a local restaurant in the center of Kotor – La Pasteria. After arriving at Cavtat dinner and a night walk in the small Dalmatian town. Overnight.

Day 11: CAVTAT – DUBROVNIK - CAVTAT (CROATIA)

After breakfast sightseeing tour of the city center – Stradun Promenade, Knezev Dvor, Sponza Palace, Cathedral, St. Vlaho church, Little Brothers Church….. Lunch at restaurant Mimoza in the old city center. Free time for own activities and leisure. Return to Cavtat. Dinner in restaurant Feral with Dalmatian Klapa and local gastronomy specialties. Overnight.

Day 12: DUBROVNIK AIRPORT

Breakfast. Free time until lunch and departure for the airport
