Paklenica is the Croatia's most timid park. It is located on the south of the Velebit Mountain, some 90 kilometres from Vodice. The Park does not receive grandious media attention nor many of group of tourists like Plitvice. Then you will probably be astonished even more when you discover this artistically carved karst landscape. The canyons, rivers of Velika and Mala Paklenica, karst formations, flora and fauna are what make this Park unique. Here you can do stone climbing, hiking and trekking.
